At Dahlias & Daisies, we are a bespoke floral studio, where every arrangement is as unique as you are. Our flowers and colors vary with the seasons, ensuring that each bouquet we create is a reflection of nature’s ever-changing beauty. While our designs are guided by artistic vision, no two arrangements are ever the same—each one is carefully crafted to suit your personal style and the moment you're celebrating.
Please note, our minimum order for delivery is $50, plus applicable delivery fees and taxes. There is no minimum for in-store pickup. Our standard delivery fee is $10, though delivery outside our immediate area may incur an additional fee of $15 or $20+. We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that each delivery is as seamless as the flowers we design.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Dahlias & Daisies, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. We want your floral experience to be nothing short of beautiful. Please read our return policy below to ensure your flowers stay vibrant and to understand our process for returns and exchanges.
Freshness Guarantee
We offer a 24-hour freshness guarantee. If any flowers in your order wilt or die within 24 hours of receipt, please contact us immediately with a photo of the arrangement and the issue, and we will gladly replace the affected flowers at no additional cost.
After 24 Hours
Beyond the initial 24-hour period, returns or exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The longevity and condition of your flowers can be influenced by factors such as environmental conditions, care, and handling. We encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns, and we will do our best to address them.
Proper Flower Care
To ensure your flowers last as long as possible, follow these care guidelines:
Watering: Ensure your flowers have fresh water, and change it daily to keep them hydrated.
Trim Stems: Cut the stems at an angle (about 1-2 inches) before placing them in water. This helps them absorb more water.
Temperature & Location: Keep your flowers in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. Avoid placing them near ripening fruit, as this can shorten their lifespan.
Remove Foliage: Any leaves that are submerged in water should be removed to prevent bacteria growth.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work quickly to rectify the issue by sending a replacement or offering an alternative solution.
