At Dahlias & Daisies, each floral arrangement is a one-of-a-kind design made with fresh, seasonal blooms. Because of the perishable and custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to providing the highest quality product and service.

📦 Delivery Issues

  • Photo confirmation: We text a photo of your arrangement to the sender once it’s created so you can see exactly what was delivered.

  • Delivery confirmation: A second text is sent once the arrangement has been successfully delivered.

  • Recipient contact required: Please ensure the recipient’s phone number is included at checkout. If we are unable to reach them and cannot complete delivery, the order may be returned to the shop for pickup or rescheduled for an additional fee.

💐 Quality Concerns

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your flowers:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send a photo and a brief description of the issue to rachell@dahliasanddaises.net or text 806-577-0288

  • If the issue is due to bloom condition or design error on our part, we will offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the sender

  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Style preferences outside of the approved design scope

  • Natural variations in flower color or bloom size
